5. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Omveda currently offers Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for eligible orders and serviceable locations within India.

Under this payment option, customers are required to pay a small non-refundable advance amount while placing the order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

This process helps us verify genuine orders, reduce fraudulent transactions, and provide a smoother shopping experience for all customers.

Omveda reserves the right to enable, disable, or modify the availability of Partial COD for specific products, PIN codes, or customers based on operational requirements and order history.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. However, acceptance of an order is subject to product availability and successful verification.

Omveda reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability.
Pricing or technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, wherever applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Omveda currently delivers only within India to serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners.

Shipping, delivery timelines, and order processing are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors beyond our control.
