WHAT'S IN THE KIT
1. Snayu Vedna Oil - 100 ml
A warming Ayurvedic massage oil with gandhapura (wintergreen), boswellia, pine and castor oils for joint and muscle comfort.
2. Snayu Vedna Capsule - 60 capsules
An Ayurvedic capsule with boswellia (shallaki), turmeric, ashwagandha, ginger and guggul, with piperine, for joint and muscle comfort.
3. Fresh Easy Powder - 100 g
An Ayurvedic digestive powder with jeera, ajwain, sonth, hing and triphala herbs that helps with gas, bloating and indigestion.

HOW TO USE
- Snayu Vedna Oil: 2-3 drops, massaged gently on the area twice a day
- Snayu Vedna Capsule: 1-2 capsules twice or thrice a day
- Fresh Easy Powder: 2-3 g (about half a teaspoon) once or twice daily with warm water after meals
Or as directed by the physician.

IDEAL FOR
Adults with stiff or aching joints, back, neck or muscles

SAFETY
Not suitable for:
- pregnant or breastfeeding women
- children (the oil contains wintergreen, which is harmful if swallowed)
- people allergic to aspirin

Ask your doctor first if you:
- take medicines to thin the blood, or for diabetes, thyroid, BP or sleep (these herbs can change how some medicines work)
- have gallstones or stomach ulcers
- have high BP or follow a low-salt diet (the powder contains black salt)
- have surgery planned (stop the capsule 2 weeks before)

Good to know:
- Use the oil only on unbroken skin, and keep it away from the eyes
