WHAT'S IN THE KIT

An Ayurvedic laxative syrup with harad, senna and punarnava for smooth, regular bowel movement.
3. Dr. Fat Kare Powder - 100 g
An Ayurvedic powder with guggul, vrikshamla, alsi and sahjan that supports healthy weight management, digestion and metabolism, alongside diet and exercise.

HOW TO USE
- Fatgul Capsule: 1-2 capsules twice daily with lukewarm water
- Fatgul Syrup: 10-15 ml two or three times a day with lukewarm water
- Dr. Fat Kare Powder: 5-10 g (1-2 teaspoons) twice a day with warm water
